Thankfully, we have just what you need. Our APEX Clinical Exercise Sessions (ACE Sessions) have been created so that no matter how big or small your goals, we’re here to help you achieve them. Whether you are on a journey to overcome an injury, or simply looking to improve your health, ACE Sessions are just what you need.
These classes are run by our Accredited Exercise Physiology (AEP)* team, who personally discuss your needs and determine a plan to be able to work towards reaching them.
These goals will then be kept front of mind to develop an individualised exercise program catered specifically towards your needs. Allowing you to improve through training and be one step closer to discovering your best health.
What to expect from you ACE Session:
ACE Sessions are 60 minutes in duration and run multiple times per week. The sessions are supervised by an accredited exercise physiologist and allow a maximum of 6 people per class to ensure sufficient time towards all participants. Regardless of your strengths or weaknesses or whatever may be holding you back, the great thing about ACE classes is that they are for everyone.
