Hashan firmly believes that movement serves as a powerful form of medicine.
From a young age, Hashan’s deep appreciation for food had led him down a path of weight gain. However, one day he was determined to regain control of his health. Hashan embarked on a journey of exercise and wellness and the rest is history.
Not only did this improve Hashan’s physical well-being, but it also had a profound impact on every aspect of his life. Exercise taught him discipline and enhanced his confidence, mental health and social wellbeing. What started as a small step ultimately grew into a strong passion for health and fitness, propelling him towards a career in exercise physiology with a mission to assist others in achieving their own health goals.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Hashan embraces various hobbies and passions. Cricket, oztag, tennis, resistance training, and cardiorespiratory exercises are among his favourite activities. He also finds joy in following the NRL and Formula One. Hashan also has a travel bug and loves to experience different cultures, a goal for him is to explore countries around the globe.
