Brooke is our practice client experience officer who thoroughly enjoys helping others feel completely comfortable and live their best lives.

She strives to create a positive and happy environment for those around her and cares deeply for others’ needs. 

Having grown up on property in Melbourne, Brooke has always enjoyed the outdoors. Whether its riding dirt bikes, hiking, or surfing with friends, she is always ready to go on an adventure. 

Having travelled to many different countries, she has grown to appreciate the diversity of many cultures and has also witnessed the wonders of nature. These experiences have not only helped her grow as a person but have also allowed her to better understand people’s needs and improved her ability to communicate with others.


Daniel has a background in Exercise Science and Chiropractic.

He was diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes at an early age, meaning physical activity has always been important in maintaining tight control over his condition.

Having participated in a large number of sports including football, baseball, CrossFit, triathlon, ice hockey and archery, he prides himself on being able to understand sport-specific movements through personal as well as learned experience.

Daniel’s personal sporting experiences and formal education reward him with a diverse skill set to help patients achieve their best results. When not working, you will likely find Daniel camping and exploring the outdoors either by four wheel drive or hiking.

Louisa is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience in community health and disability, specifically cerebral palsy.

She is driven to ensure that people of all abilities experience inclusion, and aims to inspire healthy movement outside of ‘therapy’ and a clinic environment.

As a Clinical Educator at a tertiary level, she is passionate about educating clients and families and supporting them to move towards positive lifestyle changes.

Louisa was a dancer through her childhood before exploring martial arts and then CrossFit. She appreciates movement, coordination and the freedom you experience when your body moves to the best of its ability. Physical activity has always been a large part of her lifestyle and that of her family, and it’s certainly no exception now with Daniel by her side.

When not working, you will likely find Louisa alongside Daniel camping and exploring the outdoors by either four wheel drive or hiking. Weekend activities always revolve around an outdoor mini adventure.

Yasmine is an Exercise Scientist with a desire to help people be the best they can be.

Coming from an athletic family, sport and exercise was bound to be a big part of Yasmine’s life from a young age.

Having competitive experience in a large number of sports including tennis, football, swimming, athletics, cricket, netball and CrossFit; Yasmine is greatly aware of the demands that various sports place on the body, whilst understanding the joy that sport and exercise can bring to someone’s life.

She is passionate about helping people achieve and maintain their health through sport and exercise science, so they’re also are able to experience the happiness that movement brings for as long as possible.

When she is not working, you’ll find Yasmine playing or watching a sport, training in the gym, relaxing at the beach or enjoying a scenic hike.

Bayley is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who strives to help people of all abilities.

He is driven to assist people in being able to create experiences and participate in activities outside of the clinic without being held back by their bodies. He looks to provide fun but effective exercise treatments to those who want to improve their quality of life.

Growing up, Bayley participated in a range of sports including swimming, soccer, basketball, oztag, touch footy and many more. This gives him the ability to speak from experience through a range of different movements, feelings etc.

Bayley’s wide variety of participation and experiences allow him to be able to help people perform at their best, whilst also enjoying the process that comes with it.

When not working in the clinic you’ll find Bayley enjoying the outdoors, going for swims at the beach, trying something new or competing in sports such as Oztag with mates.
